As a retired US Coast Guard officer this was not only excellent timing for a public message but spot-on. Much RESPECT to the PMoB Mottley!! Hopefully, this first one passes to your south. Wishing all well in and around Barbados! You can never be prepared enough, but without it recovery will be much much harder - prepare, prepare, prepare. Take this season more seriously than in the past.
